Week 1: "To whom it may concern"

13:31 | Publish by Unknown

Hello Bloggers!

This is Pinu the Chef reporting from somewhere in Southern America.

"Eating the world" was created for you guys to learn more about cooking and the different delicious dishes you can find around the world. The main idea is for you to innovate in your kitchen and brimg out the chef in you!

How this works:

Every week, an entry will be posted with a country and the recipe of a dish from that specific place. If you, my friends, wish to learn anything in particular, go ahead and ask for it! For this week, I need you followers to help me out a little bit.

Here you have some pictues with examples of the Chilean cuisine!! *nom nom nom* Thanks to Arte y Diseño Etoile for these wonderful illustrations!

What I would like you to do, my dear bloggers, is to choose one dish from the picture "CHILEAN FOOD" and one dessert from the one called "CHILEAN DULCES" (Chilean sweets & cakes) that you would like to learn how to prepare. In order to do so, leave me a comment below, sharing what your options are; I'll check your answers by Wednesday night, and the dish and dessert that get more votes, will be the topics and recipes for next week's entry!

Please, leave your comments ↓

I'll read you next week! Ü

Pinu what a wonderful blog!!! I'll definitely read your weekly entries in order to learn the secrets to cook delicious dishes!!! I don't have much experience with cooking, but that is the most powerful reason to keep reading your blog!! Your idea and topic are really innovative!! The recipes that I would like to learn the most are "Pie de Limón" and "Empanadas", we see them everyday and I love them.
Chef Pinu give me the secrets to cook the best "Pie de Limón" and "Empanadas" ever!!
