Hello there!
For this week we have a special post for you master chefs! If you're willing to try new recipes and flavours, please check my flickr photo album right below, which will show you pictures of the most traditional dishes from these South American countries: Chile, Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay and Venezuela.
Most of these dishes are typical from each country; however, there are many others that are shared among the South American cuisine, isn't that awesome?
Now, please let's interact a little bit!

Questions for you bloggers:
- Have you ever tried one of these dishes? If you have, which one is your favourite one?
- If you haven't, which one would you like to try? why?
Please leave your answers in the comments! I am hoping to read them and see if I can post something relevant for your taste buds next week :D
Have a great week!
Pinu.
WOOOOWW! Almost ate the computer screen!
I would go for the Corvina a la parrila Uruguay.
PS. I wonder what So'oyosopy means!
Everything looks so tasty Chef Pinu!!! I remember that I once tried "Curanto en hoyo" and it was absolutely delicious!!!! Slightly different from "pullmay" which is the one we can prepare at home, because all the flavours were much more intense.
I would like to try some "Salteñas" from Bolivia, they look like "empanadas" right?? hahahaha Maybe you could share with us the recipe for "Salteñas" one day Chef Pinu!!
It was a lovely and delicious post!!
Dear Ignacio and Carolina,
Well, So'oyosopy comes from the Guarany language and it means "carne que fue apisonada" in Spanish.
Carolina, thanks!! I've also tried Curanto, it's soo good! I wish I could have that for lunch tomorrow! hahaha I'll post the salteñas recipe soon I guess :D
